Our meeting management software provides immediate access to information about your Event and produces reports such as: attendance, session, financial, exhibitor, and many other valuable reports.

LOGISTICS TRANSPORTATION
We arrange all your transportation needs from basic ground transportation and airport transfers to VIP services and unique, luxury transportation. We also negotiate preferential airfare and rental car rates for your attendees.

TRADE SHOWS PROMOTION
We develop a promotion plan, including direct mail pieces, follow-up, a detailed exhibitor prospectus and show contracts.
